I'm a Technical Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience embedding with client teams to ship AI-powered solutions — gathering requirements, negotiating priorities across diverse stakeholders, and turning complex business needs into working software. I specialize in API integration, UAT, and agentic workflows, building the bridge between engineering and the customers who actually use the product. Based in Windsor, Ontario.

At N2N Services, I oversaw the design, development, and implementation of software solutions across 50+ institutional deployments in higher education — owning everything from requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops through UAT, training delivery, and post-implementation support.
